Online Store Policy

Cancellations for all product and Gaming entrance fees

For all Product and Gaming Entrance Fee cancellations, there is a 20% restock and Banking fee. We're able to waive the fee if the customer decides to complete an exchange or accept a gift card instead.

We are not held responsible for shipping delays that are beyond our control. 

RETURNS

If you would like to return your purchase, we’re here to help!

You may return your merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order.

Merchandise purchased in our retail stores may not be returned or exchanged online.

Once initiated, use the pre-paid return shipping label provided and drop off at any USPS store as soon as possible. You will not be reimbursed for original or return cost of shipping. You will receive a refund after the return is received and processed. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

Items sent more than 30 days after the return label is issued will incur a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.  

The following are exceptions to the return policy above:  

Apparel may not be worn or washed and must have all original tags attached.  
Non apparel items must be unused and in their original sealed packaging.  
Items marketed and sold as “Final Sale” or certain “Exclusives” are not eligible for returns. 

Damaged/Defective Product (If Applicable) for Loungefly

We hope your order arrives to you safe and sound. However, if there’s any issues with the item(s) you received, please contact us as soon as possible within 30 days of receipt. We do not offer exchanges.  

For damaged or incorrect items, please include a clear photo in the email submission.  

Please be aware of the following limitations:  

We cannot control slight manufacturing variations and are not able to replace items based on these variations.
 

REPLACEMENTS ON SOLD OUT/UNAVAILABLE ITEMS  

We cannot guarantee that we will have replacements for sold out or unavailable items and a refund may be issued instead. All replacements and refunds will be at the discretion of Cards and Comics

​Shipping

​We ship to the US and Canada Only. Canadian Customers, please email us for shipping costs.  We also have local pick up for Customers.  When you place an order,  we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.   We are not responsible if the shipper (USPS ) leaves your package unattended.  If you know that it will be left unattended,

please call us at 936-756-4839 to discuss other possible venues to keep your package safe.  

We are not responsible for packages that have been deemed delivered to your address by USPS !  Please email for boxes damaged during the shipping process...we will do our best to send you a replacement box for the damaged ones!

​Lost or Stolen Packages (If Applicable)

Cards and Comics Connection cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages when the tracking systems show that the package was delivered. However in the event that your package was lost, we can help you file a claim with the carrier to report your lost shipment.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Packages returned because of purchaser error or refused delivery are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price. Customers should contact the carrier to arrange alternate delivery. Cards and Comics is not responsible for any additional delivery costs associated with changes or upgrades.  

 

​ABANDONED ITEMS

We have an abandon product policy, which means that your pre paid items must be picked up in a timely fashion.  Cards and Comics Connection will hold your pre order for 7 days from the date of your notification of pick up, after the 1 week period is up we will refund your payment.  appreciate your understanding in this matter

When can I pick up my Pre Orders?


Pre Orders can be picked up when we call or message you..Please feel free to come by the store at anytime to inquire or to visit.   Also all pre orders must be picked up by the person Who's name is one the order. 

Please do not send another party to pick your order. 

PLEASE BRING YOUR PICK UP EMAIL WITH YOU, OUR WORKERS NEED TO KNOW WHO YOU ARE!

Please bring your order number or have your email confirmation handy when picking up your order. This is a new policy to make sure all customers get the correct order! Thank you for your understanding!

I placed an order...I didn't receive an order confirmation?


Since it is our web server generates email messages, the email may have went to your junk mail folder. Also, it is possible that you may have entered the incorrect email address when you placed the order. If that's the case, or you still can not find it,  please email us at cardscomicsconnection@gmail.com and we'll fix it. 

 

I need to change the address or other information on my order.

​Please email us the new address, and we will send you a confirmation when it is updated. 


RIGHT TO CANCEL 

​Cards and Comics Connection reserves the right to cancel any online order at anytime, refunding customer

for the paid and cancelling said Preorder or in stock Order!
